Kevan Turnbull

The company director, and partner in K&M Service Plan, has been in business for more than 40 years. Kevan is a qualified plumber and Gas Safe registered heating engineer with vast experience. He project-manages all of our bathroom renovations and central heating installations.

We cover everything from the stop tap (I mean everything) fire places, bathrooms, heating, unvented and solar. We are accredited & approved for Worcester & Bosch with extended warranties available.

Neil Gates

Neil has been working for the business for more than 34 years. Originally joining Kevan as an apprentice he is a fully qualified plumber and Gas Safe registered heating engineer. Neil specialises in plumbing and completes our bathroom renovations and plumbing work with a skilled finish.

Oliver Ward

Olly also joined the business as an apprentice to finish his training and is now a proficient Gas Safe registered engineer completing servicing, repairs and installations. As well as undertaking our heating jobs he also carries out plumbing work including repairs and installs.

John Armstrong

John joined the team when we took over Modec Servicing. Having worked for the previous owners for many years he continues to complete servicing work to boilers and fires for both Modec and KTPH customers. As well as completing servicing, repairs and installation of combi boilers John is also experienced at working on back boilers.

Frank McKenzie

Having worked for the business for more than fifteen years Frank is a very experienced labourer and works on all jobs. You’re bound to see him assisting the plumbers and heating engineers on all of our installs from bathrooms to boilers.

Monica Trimble

Monica manages the company office and is a partner in K&M Service Plan and Modec Servicing. She completes work including buying, managing company marketing and social media pages, organising the diary and day-to-day administration.

Michaela Lordon

Michaela is our administration assistant for Modec Servicing and K&M Service Plan. Helping to manage the diary and day-to-day administration you’ll most likely speak to Michaela to book in your annual service or if you have any questions regarding a service plan.
